Cooking Instructions

Bake from frozen

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (standard) or 375°F (convection).
  2. Remove pie from package and bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Lower oven temperature to 350°F (standard) or 325°F (convection) and cook for an addition 30-40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Allow to rest for 15 minutes prior to serving.
  5. Enjoy with roasted Brussels sprouts and buttery mashed potatoes, or your favourite holiday fixin’s! Pairs well with a Canadian amber ale or IPA, or with a spicy Shiraz.
